How To Open VST Files
DESCRIPTION: A VST file is an image archive file used with Adobe Photoshop.
A VST file extension is a raster image data archive file used by Adobe Photoshop software to store information about the image. The format was originally developed by Truevision for their Vista and Targa products, and uses their TarGA (TrueVision Advanced Raster Graphics Adapter) format. A VST file retains its image quality even while being compressed or resized without loss of metadata, which makes is a popular choice for image presentation and editing. In addition, the file format is capable of supporting lossless compression, and can store images at up to 32 bits per pixel and supports RGB coloration. VST files are similar in format, function and content to TGA files, however TGA files are the more popular of the two for archiving of image files.
