How To Open ISO Files
DESCRIPTION:
An ISO file extension is a disc image format that uses the ISO 9660 standard archive file format. An ISO contains all of the files from a DVD or CD in one file, in the exact form of the original disc. File types contained in the ISO file can be boot code, attributes of the file, directories, and audio and video files. They are commonly used to make a back-up copy of a disc. These types of files work well to copy a disc because they copy all of the data exactly as it is on the disc. If files were copied one at a time instead, critical information such as header data would not get transferred. Windows Disc Image Burner can burn files of this type directly to a CD or DVD.Recommended Software
